The fact that our letters have been met with silence by NDA officials and Board members just highlights the point that we are trying to make: someone decided that they wanted to be rid of Mary Ellen Pumphrey Cassani & no one is willing to explain this decision or even to acknowledge it!
Perhaps, they think that their silence will lead to our forgetfulness; that we will all get busy with our lives, time will pass & our outrage will lessen. The "situation" will blow over & they'll be off the hook. Well, they may have been able to silence Mary Ellen by having her sign that confidentiality agreement but they have NOT silenced us! Until she has a clear understanding of why her contract was terminated, we, Mary Ellen's "old" classmates should not let this matter be dropped.
